Lasten leikkihuone on avoinna kirppiksen ajan. Tapahtumassa on kahvitarjoilu vapaaehtoisella maksulla Kirkon Ulkomaanavulle.

Keväällä 2022 kirppispäivät ovat 6.3., 3.4. sekä 15.5. (eli ei vappuviikonloppuna).
Ota maski mukaan, sillä Chapple-tilassa on vahva maskisuositus. Tule paikalle vain oireettomana. Mikäli koronapassi on yleisten ohjeistusten mukaan käytössä, koronapassia kysytään. Tiloihimme mahtuu noin 20 myyntipistettä, jotka sijaitsevat samassa salissa.
PAIKKAVUOKRA JA PÖYDÄN VARAAMINEN
Pöytä- ja rekkivuokra maksetaan käteisellä myyntipäivän lopussa. Myyjien tulee tuoda mukanaan henkarit. Pöytä- ja rekkimaksujen tuotto lahjoitetaan Kirkon Ulkomaanavulle. Varaa paikkasi vahtimestarilta soittamalla p. 050 573 9514 arkisin klo 11–18 (helmikuussa varaus arkisin klo 11–16). Koronatilanteen takia voit varata puhelimessa paikan vain seuraavalle kirppikselle. Varauksen seuraavaan kirppispäivään voi tehdä myös paikan päällä tilojemme ollessa auki! Samalle pöydässä max. 2 henkilöä.
- 5 € pöytäpaikka (sis. pöydän 80 x 140 cm, oman rekin tuonti sallittu)
- 5 € pelkkä vaaterekkipaikka (sis. vaaterekin)
- 10 € pekkivuokra + pöytäpaikka (sis. vaaterekin + pöydän 80 x 140 cm)
OHJEITA MYYJILLE
Myyjät voivat tuoda myyntituotteita tilaan klo 11–11.30. Parkkihallista voi tuoda tavaraa ostoskärryillä. Ovet ovat auki asiakkaille klo 12–15. Myyjien tulee poistua tilasta klo 16 mennessä. Tilaan ei saa jättää myynnissä olevia tavaroita, emme ota lahjoituksia vastaan. Tapahtumassa saa myydä käytettyä ehjää tavaraa ja vaatetta sekä käsitöitä. Ei saa myydä elintarvikkeita, K-18-tuotteita eikä isoja huonekaluja. Huolehdi vaihtorahaa asiakkaille. Lähin pankkiautomaatti on bussiterminaalitasolla, eri päädyssä kuin metroaukio. Mikäli sairastut kirppisviikonloppuna, ilmoita peruuntumisesta juha.pohjois-koivisto(at)evl.fi.
Iso Omena -sovellukseen rekisteröityneille on tarjolla ilmaista parkkiaikaa hallista 4 tuntia. Lähimmät parkkihallit: Suomenlahdentieltä ramppi alas, Parkit P1A, P2 ja P3. Isossa Omenassa Chapple sijaitsee M.E.E.T. – aukiolla, toisessa kerroksessa.
Myyjät, muistakaa mainostaa tapahtumaa esimerkiksi jakamalla Facebook-tapahtumaa! Löydät sen Facebookista hakusanalla ’Chapple-kirppis’. Tapahtumaviikolla voi halutessaan laittaa kuvia, minkälaista tavaraa olisi tulossa myyntiin. Seurakunta mainostaa tapahtumaa omilla some-tileillään, Kirkko & kaupunki -lehdessä, Espoon Puskaradio-ryhmissä sekä muissa alueryhmissä.
CHAPPLE FLEA MARKET
Chapple flea market is usually held on the first Sunday of the month from 12 noon to 3 pm. It’s a lovely event where you can buy other people’s items or sell stuff you don’t need anymore. The children’s playroom is open during the flea market. Tea, coffee and juice are also served with a voluntary fee to the Finn Church Aid FCA. In the spring of 2022, the flea market days are March 6th, April 3rd and May 15th (i.e. not on May Day weekend).
Bring a mask with you, as Chapple has a strong mask recommendation. Come only when you are asymptomatic. If the COVID passport is used according to the general instructions, the COVID passport will be requested at the entrance. We can accommodate about 20 sales outlets are placed in the same hall.
TABLE RENTAL AND BOOKING
Table and cloth rack rental fees are paid in cash in the event before leaving. Sellers should bring their cloth hangers. Table and cloth rack fees will be donated to the Church’s Foreign Aid. Book your table from the custodian by calling 050 573 9514 on weekdays at. 11 am to 6 pm (calls from 11 am to 4 pm in February). Due to the COVID-19 situation, you can only book a table for the next upcoming event on the phone. You can also book a table for the next time during the event. Max 2 persons at one table.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLERS
Sellers can bring their sales items from 11 am. to 11:30 pm. Sales items can be obtained from the parking garage with shopping carts. The doors are open for customers from 12:00 until 15:00. Sellers must leave the room by 4 pm. Items are not allowed left in Chapple; we do not accept donations. Used intact items and clothing may sell at the event. Food, K-18 products and large furniture may not be sold. Remember to have change for customers (and a sign with mobile pay number). The nearest ATM is on the bus terminal level, at a different end than the metro square. If you get sick during the event weekend, contact juha.pohjois-koivisto(at)evl.fi to cancel your table.
In Iso Omena, Chapple is located by the M.E.E.T. -square, on the second floor. Free parking time in the parking hall is available for 4 hours for those who register in the Iso Omena app. Nearest parking garages: down the ramp from Suomenlahdentie, Entrances P1A, P2 and P3.
Sellers, remember to promote this event, for example, by sharing the Facebook event! You can find it on Facebook by searching for ’Chapple-kirppis’. During the week of the event, you can put pictures of what kind of goods you will be selling. The Olari parish will advertise the event on its social media accounts, in Kirkko & Kaupunki magazine, on ”Espoo Puskaradio’ group and other regional groups.
